Pooja More, the founder of DollUp, was born and raised in Nashik, a city that shaped her values, her confidence, and her dreams.

From an early age, Pooja believed in pushing herself beyond limits. She completed her education in Nashik and built a journey that was never limited to academics alone. Her passion for modelling earned her the title of Miss Nashik 2016, while her dedication to sports took her to the national level in basketball. These experiences shaped her discipline, resilience, confidence, and the courage to stand out.

Professionally trained as a pilot, Pooja stepped into the world of aviation with determination and commitment. But after completing her pilot training, she found herself at an important turning point. She began asking herself what kind of impact she truly wanted to create, and whether her journey could become bigger than personal achievement.

That reflection became the beginning of DollUp.

DollUp was born from Pooja’s desire to build something meaningful, a platform that brings trust, professionalism, and artistry into the beauty service experience. But more than that, DollUp is a space created to empower talented makeup artists, especially women, by giving them opportunities to showcase their skills, build their identity, and grow with confidence.

For Pooja, DollUp is not just about beauty. It is about helping people feel special on their most important days, while giving artists the recognition and respect they deserve.

With the support of her parents and the dedication of a passionate team, Pooja turned this vision into reality.
